East Lake is a Planned Community with all properties, individual and common, covered by Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. We are incorporated as East Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. and have a Board of Directors consisting of homeowners who live in the community. We retain a managing company who is responsible for the billing and collection of Association dues, overseeing the landscape maintenance contractor, enforcement of the covenants and restrictions, review and processing of Architectural improvements and the general administration of the Association. The managing company is accountable to the board of directors. We hope you enjoy your community and if we can be of service, please let us know.
